Swain Roberts

Swain is an experienced corporate lawyer with substantial international experience. After living and working in London for two years with Linklaters, Swain transferred to Indonesia before moving to Singapore to assist in the opening of Linklaters’ office. He and his family lived in Singapore for over 15 years where he practiced in the area of international capital markets, acting for clients across many jurisdictions and industries. After working for several years with McCullough Robertson in their Social Infrastructure Group advising charities and not-for-profit organisations, he is now working as in-house counsel for the University of the Sunshine Coast.





Grace Tan

Singaporean born Ms Tan migrated to Australia in 1978 and lived in Sydney till 2000. Prior to moving up to Brisbane Ms Tan was a director of an IT company supplying computer hardware and software to corporates and SME. During her time in business the company was awarded the NEC reseller of the Year.

When Ms Tan moved to Brisbane she decided a change in career path and started working as a Real Estate Agent. She has been in the industry for over 13 years and is well known within the industry. She is experienced in Project Marketing as well as sale of Development sites. During this time she has sold Commercial and Industrial sites, leasing and land sales.

Ms Tan was invited to join the ASCC QLD as the third Director of the Chamber's Executive Committee. She was instrumental in moving the motion to change ASCC Qld to Australian Singapore Business Association QLD.
